Below are the necessary forms that are required for the enrollment process at Explore and Learn Childcare. Once you complete your on-site tour and are approved to enroll your child(ren) the registration form and fee need to be completed and submitted to the director to secure your child’s placement. Completed forms need to be turned in and reviewed by the Director. Completion of these forms does not guarantee enrollment.
